My Mindful Evening Routine

Hello friends. Today, I’m going to take you through my evening wind down routine. As a big believer in the power of morning rituals to set the tone for your day, I believe a morning routine actually begins the night before. How I choose to end my days impacts my mood, quality of rest, and overall wellbeing the following day. I know that when I start to push off and de-prioritize the things that make me feel good and nourished, I will start to feel down and misaligned, but that’s all a part of the human experience.

So what I’m sharing today are the evening practices I keep coming back to that help me feel my best.
