Today’s topic is one that I’ve tried to write and talk about many times, but it’s always a struggle finding the words. You all know I’ve been very transparent about my mental health journey since day one, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy for me. I still feel the pressure build up in my chest when I share my 'origin story’ and my struggles with an eating disorder. However, I recently had a realization about just how far I’ve come mentally over the years. With that said, in today’s video, I share how I personally healed my relationship with my body, along with 7 ways I cultivated a more positive and healthy mindset.
