FACT: I eat steel cut oats pretty much everyday. It is so delicious and I crave it all the time. When I get home from work, all I want to do is make another bowl of oatmeal....but I just remind myself we will be reunited in the AM.

Why you should love oatmeal too:

What I Put in MY Oatmeal!:

  • Trader Joe's Organic Steel Cut Oats

  • Raw Almond Butter

  • Raw Honey

  • Chia Seeds

  • Flax Seeds

  • Cinnamon

  • Raw Almond Milk

* and an extra sprinkle of either organic coconut flakes or a handful of berries
