This challenge was created to help empower you to simplify a different area of your life each day for 5 days, so you too can make room for more joy and less stress through the practice of simplifying.

Throughout the coming days, you’ll be receiving tools, tips, and step-by-step actions that you can use on your own simplifying journey.

How It Works

  • When you sign up for the challenge you’ll receive a confirmation email and next steps to get you ready to get started.

  • You’ll receive a daily emails for the following 5 days that lays out that day’s focus and challenge.

  • In each email, you’ll find an actionable tip that you’ll be able to implement right away. Along with the tips, you’ll get additional resources and insights to help you take things next level.

  • Looking for community and support? I’ve gotcha covered. Check out the hashtag #simplifyin5 on Instagram to get some inspo from fellow challenge participants. Feel free to add your own photos and tag me at @omandthecity so we can connect and cheer each other on!

The #Simpliifyin5 Challenge you’re about to dive into is completely self-paced and gives you a different area to work on each day. I do join forces with guest co-hosts for live versions of this challenge a few times each year, and I’ll let you know when the next one is coming up!
