what are your food staples?

^This picture is completely unrelated, but I just joined a kickboxing gym and I refuse to remove my gloves or I will stop feeling like a tough badass chick.

We all have those 5-10 items that we cannot function without and that are constantly being replenished. I'm curious to know what are yours? Here is a list of my food staples.....and when I run out I feel lost.

I, Julia, cannot live without:

1. Coconut Oil....of course....

2. Raw Almond Butter

3. Mixed Organic Berries

4. Bananas

5. Organic Broccoli and/or Kale

6. Dark Chocolate

7. Trader Joe's Omega Trek Mix (contains almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries, etc.)

10. Organic Steel Cut Oats

If I could, I would add Talenti Salted Caramel Gelato to this list, but then I would just be flirting with the temptation to make it a staple. (Side Note: I have recently eliminated major dairy from my diet [cheese, yogurt, milk, ice cream] and I feel so much better.....my stomach is flatter and I have more energy. So, maybe I am saying goodbye to Talenti......and hello to delicious vegan ice cream!
