These daily rituals are more focused on the FEELINGS I get from doing the task rather the specific task itself. Because our schedules are always changing, so we have remain fluid. By designing my mornings to promote a more positive, calm, and joyful mindset, I'm a better partner, a better friend, a better entrepreneur, and all in all a better human for it.
